Is NTR avoidable?
No, unless you exit the game after the first scene, then I guess you technically avoided it.
What's the game like?
For those of you who have played the Henteria Chronicles games, this game has a very similar gameplay loop. The player character can freely roam around the map, and will be able to find mini scenes which will progress and change throughout the playthrough. For actual main story progression there will be fully scripted linear "quests" which can include one or several of the heroines.

1 Saber focused scene
1 Scene consisting of 5 minor scenes featuring Saber, Rin, Illya, Sakura, and Taiga.
Now includes a save with all scenes unlocked.

Old saves do not work. A save has been included that starts from the end of the prologue.
Changelog: Added 30 minutes of content with a scene for Taiga and Rider respectively.
Modified when and where time advancement(pressing the T button) was usable. It was previously always available, but this caused a heap of problems since you could, for example, enter rooms that were supposed to be locked. It has now been turned off in most rooms.
Added a new UI element that shows if the T-button is currently usable.
